That depends on the rate you booked. Your booking confirmation shows the conditions that apply. Booked a flexible rate? Then you can change or cancel within the stated period.

A Non-Refundable Rate can’t be cancelled or changed, and we can’t make an exception for unexpected circumstances either. We recommend claiming it on your travel or cancellation insurance.

You can pay for your reservation securely through Mews Payments. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.

Of course. Coming to Den Bosch with a larger group? Get in touch, and we’ll work out which Duke location – or combination of locations – suits your stay best.

Good to know: true twin rooms (two separate beds) are only available at Duke Studio Hotel (20 rooms).

Yes. Need an invoice for your stay at Duke Hotels? Send us your billing details and we’ll make sure you get one. Just drop us an email.

It depends on the location. At Duke Boutique Hotel you’ll be welcomed at reception. Little Duke Hotel, Boutique Hotel Jeroen, Uylenhof Hotel and Duke Studio Hotel use digital self check-in. At Duke Apartments you get in via a key safe.

Staying at a location with self check-in? Then you prepare your arrival online beforehand: check your details and complete the necessary steps. After that, you’ll receive everything you need for your arrival and access to the hotel. Still need help? Our team is happy to help.

Before you arrive, you’ll receive a message with a link to complete your self check-in. You check your booking details and go through the steps online. It takes about three minutes.

Once that’s done, you’ll receive the practical information for your arrival, such as directions, parking and access. On the day you arrive, we’ll send the key details for getting in once more. So you know exactly where to go and what to do. Still need help? Give us a call.

You’ll find the link for your digital self check-in in your confirmation email, and your access details arrive on the day you arrive. So make sure your self check-in is fully completed beforehand and that the email address and phone number in your booking are correct.

Can’t complete your digital check-in, or can’t get in when you arrive? Get in touch with us straight away. You don’t have to figure it out yourself: our team can see where you are in the process and help you from there.

You can check in from 3 PM. On the day you leave, please check out by 11 AM. Staying at a Duke location with self check-in? Complete your digital check-in before you arrive, and you’ll have access to your room from 3 PM.

That depends on availability on the day. You can add an early check-in or late check-out when you book (if available). Want to add it after booking? Get in touch, and we’ll see what’s possible.

You can also sort this yourself in the Guest app.

Yes, the options vary by Duke location:

• Duke Boutique Hotel: leave your luggage with reception at Kerkstraat 69B. Coming by car to drop it off? Head for the Parade and ring the bell at the bollards.
• Uylenhof Hotel: luggage lockers are available.
• Duke Studio Hotel: luggage lockers are available.
• Little Duke Hotel: store your luggage in the lockers at Duke Studio Hotel, Boschveldweg 13-15, about a 4-minute walk away.
• Boutique Hotel Jeroen: leave your luggage with our colleagues at Duke Boutique Hotel, Kerkstraat 69B, about a 2-minute walk away.

Our six locations are in and around the centre of Den Bosch. Parking options differ per hotel. On your Duke’s page, you’ll find the most convenient parking nearby. Wolvenhoek car park is the most central.

There are several covered bike parks, for example at the station and in the Kerkstraat, in front of Duke Boutique Hotel.

Yes. All Duke locations are central. Little Duke Hotel and Duke Studio Hotel are just around the corner from the station, and our other locations are an easy walk from there too.

Air conditioning, heating and ventilation differ per hotel and room type, so check the facilities of the room you want to book. Is climate control important for your stay? Then get in touch before you book.

Duke Studio Hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, but it does have a Climarad ventilation system. Little Duke Hotel, Duke Boutique Hotel, Uylenhof Hotel and Boutique Hotel Jeroen have air conditioning. Duke Apartments doesn’t.

Yes. At Duke Apartments, you have your own kitchen. At Duke Studio Hotel, you stay in a studio with a kitchenette – handy if you’re in Den Bosch for longer or like to set your own pace. Many rooms at Uylenhof Hotel also have a kitchen or kitchenette.

Dogs are welcome at Duke Boutique Hotel.

Yes, you can have breakfast at every Duke location. At Duke Boutique Hotel, breakfast is served in the lobby (weekdays 7 AM to 11 AM, weekends 8 AM to 11 AM, €23.50 per person). At Boutique Hotel Jeroen and Uylenhof Hotel, you can order a breakfast box for €17.50, delivered by Anne en Max. At Duke Studio Hotel and Little Duke Hotel, you can add breakfast at CoffeeLab.

Most Duke locations have wifi without a password. At Uylenhof Hotel and Boutique Hotel Jeroen, you’ll need a network code, which you’ll find in the Guest app.

Duke Boutique Hotel, Boutique Hotel Jeroen and Duke Studio Hotel have a lift. The other locations don’t.

No, all Duke locations are completely non-smoking.
