Self-check-in

Boutique Hotel Jeroen, Little Duke Hotel, Duke Studio Hotel, Uylenhof Hotel, and Duke Apartments all offer digital self-check-in. No waiting at the front desk: you can take care of it yourself, whenever it’s convenient for you.

Immediately after booking

As soon as you've made your reservation, you'll get access to the guest app. It contains all the information you need for your stay, from directions to the hotel to check-in instructions. So you don't have to wait until right before you arrive.

Upon arrival

At Boutique Hotel Jeroen, Little Duke Hotel, Duke Studio Hotel, and Uylenhof Hotel, once you arrive, you’ll check in using the self-check-in iPad in the lobby. There, you’ll also activate your room key card right away. Then your stay can really begin.

Arrival at Duke Apartments

At Duke Apartments, things work a little differently: you’ll receive the code for the key locker near your apartment. You can use that code to pick up the key yourself and go right inside.

Check in early

Don't want to wait until 3:00 p.m.? Book an early check-in, and your room will be ready as early as 1:00 or 2:00 p.m.
